      Kyli & Karter’s Kloset Shipping Policy

      At Kyli & Karter’s Kloset, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We offer multiple shipping options for both U.S. and international orders to meet your needs. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process and policies.

      Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
      We offer flat-rate shipping & handling for all U.S. orders, providing simple and predictable shipping costs. Here are the available options:

      • Economy (5-7 Business Days): $9.95
        Estimated delivery time. Processing may take up to 2-3 business days.

      • Standard (3-5 Business Days): $15.00
        Estimated delivery time. Processing may take up to 2-3 business days.

      • Express (3 Business Days): $20.00
        For same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 2 pm CT. Otherwise, orders will ship the next business day. Please note: Express shipping does not expedite order processing time, which may take 2-3 business days.

      Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be delayed by an additional 3-5 business days.

      International Shipping
      We proudly offer worldwide shipping through DHL and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

      • FedEx International Priority: Delivery typically arrives within 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.
      • FedEx International Economy: Delivery typically arrives within 4-6 business days, providing a more economical option.
      • DHL Express: Delivery typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
      • DHL: Delivery typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

      Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. Kyli & Karter’s Kloset has no control over these charges.

      International delivery times may vary based on customs clearance in your country, which could cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window.

      Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for international orders.

      Order Processing and Delivery
      All orders ship from our fulfillment center in New Orleans, LA, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon CT will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be delayed.

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package. Please note: Once an order is confirmed as delivered, Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting insured shipping options for added protection.

      Address Accuracy
      To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

      Undeliverable Packages
      If your package is undeliverable, please contact your local postal carrier for assistance. For packages returned to us, we offer either store credit or reshipment to the correct address (with additional shipping fees). A 15%-20% restocking fee may apply, in addition to the original and return shipping charges.

      Shipping During Holidays or Promotions
      During busy periods, such as large promotional events or holidays, there may be slight delays in order processing and shipping. Please allow extra time for your order during these times.

      Refunds on Shipping Fees
      All shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused, the customer will be held responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping fees. These charges will be deducted from any merchandise credit issued.
