📅 Pre-Order Timeline

All Communion and Party Dresses are made-to-order and require 6-7 weeks for production and delivery. We encourage you to plan ahead to ensure timely arrival.

📏 Measurements & Size Accuracy

To ensure a perfect fit, please review your chosen size, color, and any additional details before placing your order.

Standard Sizes: No additional measurements are required. Simply select your preferred size during checkout.

Custom & Extended Sizes:
- Submit measurements (chest, waist, and length) via the "Share Your Fit" section on the product page.
- If unable to submit through the form, email measurements to support@kyliandkarterskloset.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Orders will remain on hold until measurements are received. Production begins only after we receive accurate sizing details.
- Once production starts, measurements cannot be altered. Double-check all details before submission.

🔒 Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of our dresses, all pre-order and custom-made items are final sale. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted after production begins.
