- Can I cancel or modify my order? Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this window, custom and pre-order items are non-cancelable.

Our shipping process is designed to deliver your luxury items with care:
- How long does shipping take? In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders require 6-7 weeks for production before shipping.
- Can I track my order? Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

- How do I order extended sizes? Use the 'Share Your Fit' section to input measurements. Include Chest/Bust, Waist, and Desired Length (shoulder to hem).
- Can I request modifications? Custom orders allow for minor adjustments before production begins. Contact us to confirm your request.

- How do I care for my garment? Our luxury items require dry cleaning only. Handle embellishments with care to maintain their beauty.
