  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing or inventory errors.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
  • Payment details are processed securely, and we do not retain your card information post-transaction.
  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

3. Product Information and Pricing

4. Shipping & Delivery

b. International Shipping
We ship globally via DHL. Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

c. Shipping Disputes
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not liable for lost or stolen packages. For assistance with delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

a. Order Modifications
Due to quick processing, orders cannot be modified once placed. Please ensure all order details are accurate before confirming.

b. Order Cancellations
We cannot cancel orders once placed. For pre-orders, refer to our Pre-Order Policy.

6. Custom Orders

a. Custom and Special Occasion Dresses
Custom and special occasion dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins. Please confirm all details before ordering.

  • Custom orders require 6-7 weeks for production and delivery.

7. Returns and Exchanges

a. Return Policy
We offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Custom dresses, special occasion dresses, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

b. Restocking Fee
Returns may incur a 15%-20% restocking fee, depending on the nature of the return.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Kyli & Karter’s Kloset and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, including indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Orders exceeding $500 may require additional verification.
