By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all related store policies, including our Dress Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Orders and Payment

• Orders must be placed through our secure checkout.
• Full payment is required at checkout.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all policies.
• Customers acknowledge that made-to-order items follow production timelines shown at checkout.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
• Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional fees.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be modified once production begins.
• All made-to-order items are final sale.
• No cancellations or refunds after production has started.

Production & Timing

• Standard production requires approximately 7–8 weeks.
• During peak season (January–April), production may require 8–10+ weeks.
• All timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Orders are fulfilled based on production queue placement.
• Customers are solely responsible for ordering in advance of their event.
• Event dates provided after purchase do not alter production timelines.
• Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• All custom, pre-order, and special occasion items are final sale.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds once production begins.
• Customers are responsible for accurate sizing and measurements.
• Custom adjustments do not alter production timelines.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted for eligible in-stock items within 7 days for store credit only.
• Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Limitation of Liability

Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not liable for delays, missed events, or shipping issues beyond our control.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, customers agree to all policies including production timelines and final sale terms. We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks using order records, agreements, and communication history.
