🔄 Return & Exchange Policy 🔄

At Kyli & Karter’s Kloset, we are committed to delivering the highest quality garments. Please review our return and exchange policies carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final on custom and bridal orders.

📦 In-Stock Items – Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted on in-stock items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued; returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • ✔️ Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • ✔️ Exchange Availability: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, jewelry, socks, bags, crowns, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipment costs.

👗 Custom, Special Occasion & Bridal Dresses

Our custom-made dresses (party dresses, communion gowns, bridal gowns, and special occasion wear) are handmade to order. Due to the bespoke nature of these garments:

  • Final Sale: Custom and bridal dresses cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • ⚠️ Accurate Measurements Required: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct measurements before placing an order.
  • ✔️ Production Time: Custom and bridal dresses require 6–7 weeks for production and delivery.
  • ⚠️ Orders Remain on Hold: Extended sizes or custom fits will not begin production until accurate measurements are received.
  • Size Adjustments: We do not provide alterations after delivery. Any necessary adjustments must be handled independently by a local tailor.

🚨 Important: If you are unsure how to measure, please contact us before ordering. For bridal dresses, we require full measurements including bust, waist, hips, hollow to hem, and desired train length.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • ✔️ Please email support@kyliandkarterskloset.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
  • ✔️ We will evaluate each claim carefully and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • ❌ Issues reported beyond 24 hours of delivery are ineligible for resolution.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Responsibilities

We strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines; however, shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • ✔️ We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • ✔️ Customers must provide an accurate shipping address.
  • ✔️ Once shipped, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
  • We do not refund orders for packages marked as 'delivered' by the carrier. If your package is missing, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
