đŠ In-Stock Items Return Policy
For in-stock items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible items will receive store credit only.
- â Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- â Exchanges are subject to availability.
- â Final Sale Items: Accessories, jewelry, socks, bags, and crowns cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
đ Custom & Special Occasion Dresses
Our custom dresses (party dresses, communion gowns, and special occasion wear) are handmade to order. Due to their bespoke nature:
- â Final Sale: Custom dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
- â ïž Accurate Measurements: Please confirm sizing before placing your order. Changes cannot be made once production begins.
- âł Production Timeline: Custom dresses take 6-7 weeks to craft and deliver.
Important: For extended sizes or custom fits, production will not begin until we receive accurate measurements. Orders without measurements will remain on hold.
â ïž Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution promptly.
