Custom Dresses

Custom dresses are produced according to the measurements, size, color, and details provided at the time of order. Please review all selections carefully before checkout, as all order details are the customer’s responsibility.

• All custom dresses are final sale.
• No returns, exchanges, cancellations, modifications, or refunds once production begins.
• Measurement accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
• Extended sizes require full custom measurements.
• Required measurements must be submitted promptly to begin production.

Standard Size Dresses

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart. Once production begins, sizing cannot be changed.

• Standard production requires approximately 7–8 weeks.
• During peak season (January–April), production may require approximately 8–10+ weeks.
• Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Orders are completed based on production queue placement.
• Custom adjustments do not affect production time.

Customers are responsible for ordering in advance of their event.

Kyli & Karter’s Kloset does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Expedited Requests

Expedited production is not guaranteed and only offered when fulfillment can be confidently met.

Final Sale

All made-to-order gowns are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins.
