- What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
- Can I visit a local store? Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is an exclusive online boutique. However, our team is happy to assist you virtually with sizing and customization questions.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- How long does it take to receive a custom-made dress? Custom dresses require 6-7 weeks for production before shipping.
- How long does it take to receive in-stock dresses? In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Can I track my order? Absolutely! A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
- Do you offer international shipping? Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties & import taxes may apply.
- Are shipping times guaranteed? 🚨 Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to customs or carrier issues may occur.
👗 Custom & Extended Sizes
- Are the dresses original? Will they look the same as the product images? Yes! Every gown is an exclusive design and looks exactly as shown in the product photos.
- What materials are used? We use luxury fabrics such as silk, tulle, organza, and lace, with exquisite embellishments like pearls, crystals, and embroidery.
- Can I request modifications? Minor adjustments may be possible before production begins for custom orders. Contact us before placing your order.
- Can I expedite the production of a custom-made dress? Rush production may be available for select styles. Please inquire before ordering.
📏 What Happens If the Dress Doesn’t Fit?

For Custom-Made Dresses:
- ✅ Custom dresses are made-to-order based on the customer’s provided measurements.
- ✅ Once production has started, we cannot make any changes or remakes.
- ✅ We do not offer local alterations. Any necessary adjustments must be handled independently by a tailor.

For Standard-Sized Dresses:
- ✅ Please carefully review our Size Chart before purchasing.
- ✅ Once a dress is produced, we cannot remake, adjust, or exchange it.

🚨 Custom and pre-order dresses are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
📌 Cancellations before production starts: A 30% cancellation fee applies.
