Program Overview

Kyli & Karter’s Kloset partners with select boutiques, bridal salons, and stylists who share our standards of authenticity, craftsmanship, and client care. Partners receive access to limited-production gowns, atelier support, and brand assets designed to elevate presentation and sell-through.

Partner Benefits

• Exclusive Access. First look at seasonal capsules and limited editions before public release.
• Preferred Pricing. Wholesale tiers designed for strong margins. Confidential rate sheets provided on approval.
• Priority Production. Reserved atelier capacity for approved partner orders during peak periods.
• Marketing Spotlight. Eligibility for features across our site, lookbook, and email. Co-op opportunities by request.
• Training Resources. Digital styling and care guides for staff. Launch toolkits and product knowledge sheets.
• Dedicated Concierge. Assigned account contact for quoting, timelines, and escalations.

Eligibility

• Active boutique, bridal salon, or styling business with a professional sales channel.
• Ability to present product to luxury standards, including proper care and display.
• Agreement to program standards and pricing integrity.

Program Standards

• Brand Presentation. Use approved logos and photography. Maintain garment care, branded hangers, and clean displays.
• Pricing Integrity. Adhere to suggested retail pricing unless written authorization is provided.
• Channel Control. No resale on unapproved third-party marketplaces. Direct-to-consumer only via approved storefronts.
• Geographic Exclusivity. We may limit distribution in overlapping areas to preserve partner success.
• Content Use. When using our imagery, credit Kyli & Karter’s Kloset. New creative requires prior approval.
• Confidentiality. Wholesale rates, lookbooks, and line sheets are confidential.
• Account Activity. Inactive accounts for six months may be reviewed or closed.

Ordering & Pricing

• Minimums. Opening order and replenishment minimums may apply. Details provided upon approval.
• Lead Times. Standard production for custom or pre-order items is typically 6–7 weeks prior to shipment.
• Payment. Orders are paid in full at confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Shipping. Billed at checkout or invoiced. Signature required for international shipments. See Shipping Policy for specifics.
• Damage Claims. Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos and packing slip reference.

Production and transit timelines are estimates. Customs or carrier constraints may extend delivery windows.

Marketing, Imagery & Intellectual Property

• Use official brand assets as supplied. Do not alter logos or product photography.
• New graphics or ads featuring our brand require prior approval.
• We may feature approved partners in our channels. You may request removal from future use with reasonable notice.

Operations & Logistics

• Alterations. We do not provide alterations. Partners arrange local tailoring as needed.
• Care. Follow care instructions. Improper handling voids damage claims.
• Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, customs shutdowns, or carrier disruptions. Timelines extend without penalty.

Term & Review

Program participation is at our discretion and may be reviewed at any time to ensure ongoing alignment with quality, presentation, and service standards. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue an account that no longer meets requirements.
