Return & Exchange Policy

At Kyli & Karter’s Kloset, your satisfaction is our top priority!
If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns made within 14 days of receiving your package. Our goal is to ensure you are thrilled with every shopping experience.


📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or Discounted Items: All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Accessories: Jewelry, hats, berets, headbands, bows, glasses, socks, tights, bags, purses, and crowns are final sale.
  • Custom Accessories: Custom-made accessories, including items that have been personalized, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Communion, Flower Girl, and Special Occasion Dresses: Due to the unique, custom-made nature of these garments, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notice for Custom Dresses & Special Occasion Dresses

  • Size, Color, and Dress Accuracy:
    To ensure your custom-made dress is perfect, please carefully review the size, color, and details before checking out. Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed. Custom dresses and special occasion dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Production & Delivery Timeline:
    Our custom dresses are crafted with meticulous care and take 6-7 weeks for production and delivery. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely arrival for your child’s special event. Please note: You are responsible for ordering in time to meet your deadline.


💡 Return Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn & Unaltered: Must be in original condition, with tags attached, and free from signs of wear or alterations.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original protective plastic bag.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or returned without original tags or packaging will be rejected by our returns team.

💵 Restocking Fees

  • A 15%-20% restocking fee will be applied to certain returned items to cover handling and administrative costs.
  • If you refuse delivery of your order, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from any store credit issued.

🔄 How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Email your return request, including your order number, to support@kyliandkarterskloset.com.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Please do not return merchandise without approval from our sales team. Once approved, we will provide the return address. Any packages sent without prior approval will be refused.
  3. Processing Time
    Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days. International returns may take longer to process. Please retain your return tracking number until you receive confirmation.
  4. Receive Store Credit
    After your return is processed, you will receive an email with a store credit code that never expires!

🚚 Shipping and Returns

  • Insured Shipping: We recommend using an insured mail service for your returns. Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • International Returns: Please note that international returns may take longer to process, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
  • Prepaid Returns Only: We cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
  • Complete Set Returns: If returning a set, all items in the set must be returned to process the return correctly.

🔧 Damaged Products, Disputes, & Refused Packages

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by submitting a return request. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
  • Refused Packages:
    If you refuse delivery of your order, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from any store credit issued.
  • Chargebacks:
    In the event of a bank dispute that results in the reactivation of store credit, a 50% reactivation fee will be applied.

🎁 Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us at support@kyliandkarterskloset.com. Be sure to provide your name, address, and phone number, along with the name and address of the person who placed the original order. We will issue store credit for gift returns.
