Placing an Order

How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose size and quantity, then select Add to Bag. Proceed to checkout to complete payment. For assistance, email support@kyliandkarterskloset.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are securely processed at checkout. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
Do you have a retail showroom?
We are an online luxury boutique. Our team provides personalized support through email and website chat to assist with sizing, styling, and product selection.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive email updates throughout the production process. You may also contact support@kyliandkarterskloset.com with your order number at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

How long do custom dresses take?
Custom gowns typically require 7-8 weeks for production before shipping. During peak (January-April) seasons, production may extend to approximately 8-10+ weeks.

All timelines are estimates and not guarantees, as each gown is completed based on its place in our production queue.
Is delivery guaranteed by my event date?
No. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Customers are responsible for placing orders with sufficient time for production and delivery before their child’s special occasion.
How long do in-stock items take to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If no valid address is provided within 30 days of order readiness, the order may be placed on hold and require a $25 reactivation fee.

If no valid address is provided within 60 days, the order is considered forfeited and is no longer eligible for shipment, refund, or reactivation.

Custom Orders & Production

Are the gowns exactly like the photos?
Yes. Each gown is crafted to reflect the original design shown.

Because all pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in fabric tone or detailing may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the couture process.
Do custom adjustments affect production time?
No. Adjustments such as length changes do not extend production time.

All orders are completed based on their place in the production queue.
Can I request modifications or rush production?
Limited modifications may be available before production begins.

Expedited production is not guaranteed and will only be offered when we can confidently meet the requested timeline.

Fit & Sizing

What if the dress does not fit?
Custom gowns are produced based on the size and details selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, size, and order details before placing the order.

Once production begins, remakes, size changes, and exchanges are not available. Local tailoring may be arranged after delivery if needed.
Are custom or pre-order items returnable?
No. All custom, made-to-order, and pre-order items are final sale.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted once the order is placed.
Do you accept returns on in-stock items?
Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, provided they are unworn and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

What if my order arrives damaged?
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Claims submitted after this period cannot be honored.
