📅 Pre-Order Timeline
All communion and party dresses at Kyli & Karter’s Kloset are pre-order items. Production and delivery take approximately 6-7 weeks.

🗓 Event Deadline
While we prioritize fulfilling orders by the requested event date, this is not guaranteed. We recommend placing orders well in advance to accommodate the production and delivery timeline. Please note: You are responsible for ordering in time to meet your deadline.

🚚 Shipping Delays
Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not liable for delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or natural events beyond our control.

💲 Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

💰 Non-Refundable Deposits
Any deposits or payments made for custom or pre-order items are non-refundable once production has started.

📏 Size, Color, and Dress Accuracy
To ensure your custom-made dress is perfect, please carefully review the size, color, and details before checking out. Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed. Custom dresses and special occasion dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

🌞 Acceptance of Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature of our dresses, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur. These do not qualify as defects. Additionally, as each dress is custom-crafted, slight differences from online images may occur due to fabric or detailing variations.

🔒 Final Sale
All pre-order and custom-made dresses are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.

⛔ No Cancellations or Modifications After Production
Once production has started, cancellations, modifications, and refunds are not possible.

📊 Responsibility for Accurate Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate sizing, delivery information, and order details. Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

📊 Responsibility of Receiving Packages
Customers must provide the correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package. Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not responsible for packages returned due to missed deliveries or incorrect addresses.

📆 No Guarantee on Exact Delivery Date
While we strive to meet the stated production and delivery timelines, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please plan extra time for any special events to ensure your order arrives on time.

Our dresses are crafted with premium materials and may require special care. Please refer to the care instructions included with your order to preserve the quality of your garment.
