Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

Please review our policies carefully before purchasing. All custom and bridal orders are final sale.

In-Stock Items

Returns and exchanges are available only for in-stock items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued; approved returns are processed as store credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Accessories, jewelry, socks, bags, crowns, and marked final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages: Customers are responsible for re-shipment costs. Orders without response after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may require a $25 reactivation fee.
  • Unclaimed orders after 60 days are considered forfeited and are no longer eligible for shipment, refund, or reactivation.

Custom, Special Occasion & Bridal Dresses

Custom-made gowns—including party, communion, bridal, and other special occasion dresses—are handcrafted to order. For this reason:

  • All custom and bridal dresses are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Accurate measurements must be provided at the time of order. Responsibility for sizing lies with the customer.
  • Production requires 6–7 weeks before shipping.
  • Extended sizes or custom fits will not begin production until full measurements are received.
  • Alterations after delivery are not offered. Adjustments may be arranged with a local tailor.

For bridal gowns, full measurements including bust, waist, hips, hollow-to-hem, and desired train length are required. Contact us if unsure how to measure.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after this period cannot be honored.

  • Email support@kyliandkarterskloset.com with clear photos and your order number.
  • Our team will review the claim and provide next steps.
  • Issues reported beyond 24 hours are ineligible for resolution.

Shipping Responsibilities

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier or customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and respond promptly to address requests.
  • If no valid address is provided within 30 days of readiness, the order is placed on hold and may require a $25 reactivation fee to release.
  • If no valid address is provided within 60 days, the order is forfeited and not eligible for shipment, refund, or reactivation.
  • Once shipped, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
  • Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier are not refundable. Missing packages must be claimed directly with the carrier.
