Placing an Order

How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose size and quantity, then select Add to Bag. Proceed to checkout to complete payment. For assistance, email support@kyliandkarterskloset.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and PayPal. Checkout is encrypted and processed securely. Payment in full is required at purchase.
Do you have a retail showroom?
We are an online luxury boutique. Our team provides personal guidance by email for sizing, styling, and customization questions.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive email updates at key steps. You may also contact support@kyliandkarterskloset.com with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

How long do custom dresses take?
Custom gowns require 7–8 weeks of atelier production before shipping. Timelines are estimates.
How long do in-stock items take to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery speed depends on the method selected at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Duties and taxes may apply at delivery. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
What if I do not provide the correct shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address at checkout. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, we will make good-faith attempts to contact you.

• If no valid address is provided within 30 days of your order being ready, the order will be placed on hold. A $25 reactivation and storage fee may apply when releasing a held item.
• If no valid address is provided within 60 days, the order is considered forfeited and is not eligible for shipment, refund, or reactivation.

To avoid delays, review your address carefully during checkout.

Custom & Extended Sizes

Are the gowns the same as the product photos?
Yes. Designs match the product imagery. Because each gown is handcrafted, minor variations in placement or tone can occur and are not considered defects.
What materials do you use?
Luxury silks, tulle, organza, and lace. Embellishments may include pearls, crystals, and hand embroidery, selected for comfort and quality.
Can I request modifications or rush production?
Limited modifications may be possible before production begins. Rush production may be available for select styles; contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm feasibility and timing.

Fit & Returns

What if the dress does not fit?
Custom gowns. Produced to your measurements. Once production starts, changes and remakes are not available. We do not offer local alterations; you may arrange tailoring with your preferred specialist.
Standard sizes. Please review our Royal Fit & Sizing Guide before purchase. Once production begins, we cannot remake, adjust, or exchange for size.
Are custom or pre-order items returnable?
Custom and pre-order items are final sale. Cancellations requested before production starts are subject to a 30% fee.
Do you accept returns on in-stock items?
Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit if unworn and in original condition with tags. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Damaged or Defective Items

What if my order arrives damaged?
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number at support@kyliandkarterskloset.com. Claims outside this window cannot be honored.
