Welcome to Kyli & Karter’s Kloset. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all related store policies, including our Dress Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. General Information

These Terms apply to all users of Kyli & Karter’s Kloset’s website and to all products and services offered by us.

2. Orders and Payment

• Orders must be placed through our secure online platform.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.
• Payment in full is required at checkout.
• By placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms and all related policies, including our Dress Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.
• Customers acknowledge that made-to-order items follow the production timelines shown at checkout and described in our policies.
• Unauthorized chargebacks or invalid payment disputes may result in restriction of future purchasing privileges.

3. Product Information & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
• Taxes, shipping charges, and any customs-related fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.
• Product details, sizing information, and descriptions are provided to assist customers, but slight handcrafted variations may occur.
• Luxury packaging may be included at our discretion and may change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship domestically and internationally using trusted shipping carriers.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and country-specific fees where applicable.
• Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
• Customers must provide a valid and complete shipping address. If no response is received within 30 days of our request for updated shipping information, the order may be placed on hold and a $25 reactivation fee may apply. Orders unclaimed within 60 days are forfeited.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, orders cannot be modified once placed unless approved by our team before production begins.
• Made-to-order, custom, pre-order, special occasion, and bridal items are final sale.
• No cancellations, refunds, or modifications are permitted once a made-to-order item has entered production.

6. Custom & Pre-Order Items

• Custom and pre-order gowns require approximately 7–8+ weeks for production.
• All production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on demand, production queue placement, and seasonal volume.
• Orders are completed according to their position in the production queue at the time of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for ordering in advance of their event.
• Kyli & Karter’s Kloset does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
• Adjustments such as custom length requests do not change production speed unless specifically confirmed in writing by our team.
• All custom, made-to-order, special occasion, and pre-order items are final sale.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted for eligible in-stock items only, within 7 days of delivery, and are processed as store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached where applicable.
• Custom gowns, made-to-order dresses, special occasion items, bridal items, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Measurements, Fit & Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, size charts, colors, and product details before placing an order.
• For custom sizing or extended sizing, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements or incorrect size selection submitted by the customer.
• Post-delivery alterations, if desired, must be arranged independently by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, branding, photographs, product descriptions, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Kyli & Karter’s Kloset and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kyli & Karter’s Kloset is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, delays, or shipping carrier issues.

11. Fraud Prevention

• Orders may require additional verification prior to processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy misuse.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and all transactions with Kyli & Karter’s Kloset are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge acceptance of all store policies, including production timelines, queue-based fulfillment, event responsibility, and final sale terms. Filing a chargeback for a valid order that has been processed or fulfilled constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation, including order confirmations, policy acknowledgments, checkout agreements, tracking records, and communication history, to dispute invalid claims. Customers who file unwarranted disputes may be restricted from future purchases and may be subject to recovery of associated fees and costs where permitted by law.
